Helpful Answers to Your Most Important Hiring Questions
One recruitment partner. Two sides of the hiring journey.
1. How do I land a job that fits me?
Start by naming what you are good at. Then pick the kind of job you want to do next. Review your past work, school, or training, and any badges, licenses, or certificates you have. Also note the places you want to work and the pay you expect. Try to think about where you want to be in the future too. A staffing agency can match you with openings based on your experience. That can cut down on wasted time applying to roles that don't match.
2. How can a business hire solid people fast?
If a role needs to be filled soon, the pressure can be high. It is even harder when the skill set is rare. Recruitment firms can help by contacting many candidates at once. They can also screen applicants by looking at prior experience, key qualifications, and whether the work they did before matches what the job needs. With this approach, the hiring timeline can move faster, and the plan can stay clear.
3. Do recruitment services work for trades and for office roles?
Yes. These services can cover many job types. You may see support for hands-on roles, mid-level jobs, and also professional roles that include leadership. For trades, openings can include work linked to building, hotels, delivery, storage, technical tasks, and repair. For office work, you might find roles in IT, banking and accounts, office support, engineering, sales, and management.
4. Can a company hire someone who lives in another country?
Yes, especially if local hiring does not bring enough suitable candidates. International recruitment can broaden the search so employers can find the needed skills. The business still has to follow the rules where the worker will be based. That means employment law and visa or work permit rules.
5. What should I review before I say yes to a job overseas?
Don’t rush. Before you agree, look over the job details in full. Start with the company name and how credible it is. Next, check the job title and pay. Also confirm where you will work and the usual work hours. Read the whole offer and the contract word for word. Ask what is provided for housing and getting around each day. Make sure you understand the visa steps and the work permit rules. Don’t rely only on messages or casual talk. Ask for the full offer and the full employment terms in writing.
6. How do I tell if a job offer is legit?
Look for clear details. The email or letter should show the firm name and your job title. It should also list the pay amount and the place where you would work. The terms should be stated in plain language, not buried in vague lines. If you are offered work without any real interview or without a standard process, slow down.

Common Questions
Everything You Should Know About Link Peoplez's Process
How does recruiting work?
We begin with a call. We talk about the role, the team, and what “a good match” means for your goals. Next we find candidates, review them, and set up the interview steps. We stay with you through the offer stage and into onboarding. One person runs the full process. There is no handoff to a different team.
How long will it take to hire someone?
It varies. The timeline depends on the level of the job and how niche the role is. Many mid-level roles are filled in about 2 to 4 weeks. Senior or executive roles can take more time. We focus on quality, not speed.
Which fields do you recruit for?
We cover banking and finance, HR, legal, sales and marketing, IT, real estate, construction, supply chain, retail and hospitality, and roles that align with government needs. Our consultants focus on specific sectors instead of trying to cover everything at once.
Do you support Emiratisation hiring?
Yes. We help firms meet UAE emiratisation goals. This includes finding qualified Emirati candidates and guiding you on the compliance side.
What is the difference between contingency and retained search?
Contingency search is common for most mid to senior roles. You pay only after a hire is made. Retained search is used for executive hires and matters that must be handled with care. In that case, we commit time and effort from the start to run a tight and discreet search.
Do you work only with UAE-based companies?
No. Our main strength is the UAE and the GCC. That said, we also support hiring across the wider region, and sometimes beyond it, as clients expand into new areas.
Is it free to register with Link Peoplez?
Yes. You do not pay anything at any point. The hiring company covers our fees, not the candidate.
Do I need to be actively looking for work to speak with someone?
No. Quite a few of the people we placed were not job hunting at the time. If you are willing to talk about the right fit, we can set up a private chat.
Will my current employer find out?
No. We keep each call private. We do not send your details to any employer unless you say we can.
What roles do you work on?
We handle mid-level to executive hiring. You will see roles in banking and finance, HR, legal, sales and marketing, IT, real estate, construction, supply chain, plus retail and hospitality. This is mainly in the UAE and the GCC, and we keep adding more locations as we grow.
How do I send my CV?
Use the “Send Resume” link, or reach out to us directly. If your experience fits openings we are working on, a consultant will get back to you.
What if I am moving to the UAE for the first time?
We support first-time movers often. We can share general guidance on the hiring path and the visa steps. We are not a law firm for visas, but we will help you understand what to expect in the hiring process and guide you to the right place for formal visa advice.
